Git reposistory subfolder structure¶

Here is a short list of the relevant (for Users) subdirectories in your ProDiMo installation.

data             : physical and chemical input data, not supposed to be changed
src_develop      : the source code (includes prodimo executable after compilation)
examples         : example input files 
idl              : idl macros for visualisation
python           : various pyton scripts for visualisation and analysis

TODO: may say a bit more about the directories, or linkt to a more detailed descriptione (e.g. procedure to change chemical data files.)
