Automatically generated PAH chemical network¶

T ODO: merge PAH pages into one single page PAH_heating_and_chemistry, PAH_size, PAH_chemical_network

From revision 6743a29e, ProDiMo will check the PAH chemical network in Reactions.in for inconsistencies and completeness. It will generate a Reactions_extra.in file that you should append to the current Reactions.in file:

cat Reactions_extra.in >> Reactions.in

Then you should re-run ProDiMo. Notice that ProDiMo will not overwrite existing reactions in the current Reactions.in file. The processes that are included are: recombination, charge exchanges. Charge exchange reactions with grain surface charges are checked and output in Reactions_extra.in

Other file of interest is CheckNetwork.log where the results of the inconsistency and completeness check is logged.
